1SaleAday.com is a daily deal site, featuring one unbeatable deal in each of its five categories - 1SaleADay Main, Wireless, Family, Watch, and Jewelry, each day. Our million-plus buyers give us the purchasing power that enables us to offer you prices of up to 90% off list. Each sale lasts for 24 hours and we have our new deals up, every night at midnight EST.
How it Works
I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "Be a Buyer" before the offer ends at midnight, and you will be redirected to the checkout page. If you are a first time customer, you will be asked to register an account, after which you can place your order.
How long does each sale last?
New deals are posted each night at 12:00 AM (EST) and last for a 24 hour period, or while the quantity lasts. You snooze you lose. If it was a popular item, it just might be featured again….so stay tuned.
Why do you only feature one deal a day?
For 1SaleAday.com, having the lowest possible prices isn't just a slogan or catch phrase; it's the foundation of our business. So, our staff tirelessly scours international markets to find you the best deals, combining the hottest items with the lowest possible price. The result? One deal a day, that leaves you wanting more... Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow, you're only a day away.
What condition are the items in?
Items listed on the site are almost always new, in original packaging. From time to time, 1SaleAday.com lists deals of refurbished or wholesale packaged items, allowing for even greater savings. The item's condition is listed in the "Specs" drop down list.
How is the List Value determined?
The List Value is a price that 1SaleAday.com found that the same or a comparable product would go for at other retailers. The List Value generally represents the prevailing price at retail, but doesn't indicate the lowest price available anywhere.
Are your products under warranty?
Many items sold on 1SaleADay are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The exact length of the warranty can be found in the "Specs" drop down list.

Sales start at 12:00 AM EST and styles sell out quickly. We present our entire stock of merchandise at the beginning of a sale and prices never change. Shopping on 1SaleADay.com is time sensitive and all items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Chunk of Junk
Be on the lookout for our legendary Chunk of Junk. It’s our version of a lottery, only everyone who gets it before it’s sold out is a winner. Sold for $5 + shipping, the Chunk of Junk is a box of items randomly selected from our past deals, such as laptop computers, portable MP3 players, GPS units, cell phones, electronic cases, watches. Chunk of Junk is offered only a few times a year, and the 1001 chunks we sell, generally sell out within the first few minutes.
Random Assortment
When you see a Random Assortment deal, you know that you are getting a cream of the crop of a deal. Please note, however that items are selected randomly and might include two of the same item. Our random assortment deals are wildly pursued by our customers, making us too busy packing and shipping so please don't email us asking for specific items.
Payment
What payment options do I have?
We accept PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address. For your protection, your credit card number is safely transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and never stored on our servers. We charge your card as soon as the order is placed, and ship the item as soon as possible, within 5 business days.
How can I check my order status?
You can log in to your 1SaleADay.com account and check your order history, where you can easily verify if your order went through. If it's not there, the order did not transmit to us. Give it a try, it'll save you time fretting and it'll save us more email space for our customers with REAL problems. Like a customer who's neighbor's dog ate their package.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Oh and please, do not tell us you've placed an order by accident. The mad geniuses at 1SaleADay.com tested this and confirmed that this is scientifically impossible.
Duplicate Charges?
Clicking the “confirm” button more than once, is a common reason for duplicate orders and charges. If this happens, please send us an email at support@1saleaday.com. The credit card company’s address verification (AVS) issues are quite often the causes of duplicate charges. Most AVS mismatch issues are due to banks and issuing credit card companies still having an old address on file. If this happens, the bank often puts a hold on the charge, which will be dropped once they see that that order didn’t go through. You will not get charged for an order that was not placed.
Shipping
What are my shipping options?
Currently, we ship by common carrier, and do not offer any specialized shipping options.
How long will it take to receive a shipment?
Delivery timelines vary from item to item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. The tracking number may take a few days to update so don’t freak out if your tracking number does not work right away. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Delivery time varies between 3 to 14 business days.
Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?
No, we charge the shipping fee for each item ordered. It's part of the streamlined way we can offer you the best prices available anywhere.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
If you'd like to use a ship to address that is different from you billing address, please use PayPal when processing your order.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?
We generally ship to APO and FPO addresses, with the exception of items that we ship with UPS or FedEx, in which case, we will issue a full refund, unless there is a friend or family member we can ship it to for you and they in turn can handle the final leg of delivery.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we ship to the United States only. Our apologies go out to all of our 1SaleADay.com brethren who are outside of the US.
Returns
What is your return policy?
1SaleADay.com does not accept returns. For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund.
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but on rare occasions they can take up 30 days.

How do I contact the 1SaleADay.com customer service team?
If you have a question not answered in this section, please email customer service. Please include your order number in the email, and be sure to add support@1saleaday.com to your contact list to ensure that you receive our response. Since we answer every email we receive, you may just have a really militant spam blocker.
What is the response time to a member inquiry?
Our response time varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on the volume of e-mails. Rest assured we have a dedicated customer service staff that carefully reviews each and every e-mail.
I'm a wholesaler/retailer can I buy from you in bulk?
We have some items that we sell wholesale. To reach our wholesale team, please send us a message in the “Contact” section of the site, and choose the “Buy Wholesale” drop-down option.
