I like one of today's deals - how do I get it?

Click the "Add to Cart" button and you will be redirected to the Checkout page. If you are a first time customer, you will be asked to signup. If you're a returning customer, simply login. Fill out your Billing, Shipping, and Payment Information, then click the "Review My Order" button. You may be asked to verifiy your address. Continue through our checkout process and confirm your order.

How long does each sale last?

New deals are posted every night at 12:00 AM (EST) and last for a 24 hour period, or while the quantity lasts. You snooze you lose. If it was a popular item, it may just be featured again... so stay tuned.

Products in our Shops have no expiration and last while quantity is still available.

What condition are products in?

Items listed on the site are almost always new, in original packaging. From time to time, lists deals of refurbished or wholesale packaged items, allowing for even greater savings. An product's condition is listed in the "Specs" section on the product detail page.

How is a product's list value determined?

The List Value is a price that found that the same or a comparable product would go for at other retailers. The List Value generally represents the prevailing price at retail, but doesn't indicate the lowest price available anywhere.

Are your products under warranty? 

Many items sold on 1Sale are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The exact length of a prodcut's warranty can be found in the "Specs" section on the product detail page.

How do I redeem a voucher?

You must get a unique URL from the voucher provider, some of our previous partners for vouchers include Google Offers & KGB Deals. Usually the link is sent in an email upon purchase or available in the partners account login area.

Once you're on the voucher redemption page, just select the appropriate number of the item you are trying to redeem then click continue. Paste in your voucher code to the box that says "Enter Your Voucher Code" & click redeem. Now, simply proceed through checkout as normal.

How long do I have to redeem a voucher?

Every voucher offer has a different expiration date. Typically it's 30-45 days from when the offer goes live on our partners site. This means you should act quickly or you may lose out on the offer.

How can I find out why my voucher is invalid?

If you received an "invalid voucher" message, your voucher may have already been redeemed. Alternatively, your voucher may be expired. Lastly, your voucher code may be wrong. Make sure you copy / paste the code exactly from our partners in order to ensure that you have the correct voucher code.

How can I tell if my voucher has been redeemed?

Firstly, search your email for an order confirmation. If you don't find anything, try to redeem your voucher - if it has been redeeemed, you will see an error that says "Voucher already redeemed".

What payment options do I have?

We accept PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address. For your protection, your credit card number is safely transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and never stored on our servers. Your Credit Card/PayPal account will be charged immediately upon placing your order.

How can I check my order status?

You can log in to your account and check your order history, where you can easily verify if your order went through. If it's not there, the order did not transmit to us. Give it a try, it'll save you time fretting and it'll save us more email space for our customers with REAL problems. Like a customer who's neighbor's dog ate their package.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Oh and please, do not tell us you've placed an order by accident. The mad geniuses at tested this and confirmed that this is scientifically impossible.

Duplicate charges?

Clicking the “confirm” button more than once, is a common reason for duplicate orders and charges. If this happens, please send us an email at The credit card company’s address verification (AVS) issues are quite often the causes of duplicate charges. Most AVS mismatch issues are due to banks and issuing credit card companies still having an old address on file. If this happens, the bank often puts a hold on the charge, which will be dropped once they see that that order didn’t go through. You will not get charged for an order that was not placed.

How can I pay with my prepaid debit card?

Any payment method on our site requires a verified U.S. billing address. By default, most prepaid cards do not have an address associated with them. You must contact your card provider to add a verified address to your prepaid card. The number to call to associate your address with your card is typically located on the back of the card.

What are my shipping options?

Currently, we ship by common carrier, and do not offer any specialized shipping options.

How long will it take to receive a shipment?

Delivery timelines vary from item to item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 BUSINESS days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. The tracking number may take a few days to update so don’t freak out if your tracking number does not work right away. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Delivery time varies between 3 to 14 business days.

Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?

No, we charge the shipping fee for each item ordered. It's part of the streamlined way we can offer you the best prices available anywhere.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address? 

If you'd like to use a ship to address that is different from you billing address, please use PayPal when processing your order.  

Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?

We generally ship to APO and FPO addresses, with the exception of items that we ship with UPS or FedEx, in which case, we will issue a full refund, unless there is a friend or family member we can ship it to for you and they in turn can handle the final leg of delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment, we ship to the United States only. Our apologies go out to all of our brethren who are outside of the US.

What is your return policy? does not accept returns. For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund. 

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account? 

Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but on rare occasions they can take up 30 days. Please contact our customer service if you do not see the refund after 30 days.

How do I contact the customer service team?

Please include your order number in the email, and be sure to add to your contact list to ensure that you receive our response. Since we answer every email we receive, you may just have a really militant spam blocker.

What is the response time to a customer inquiry?

Our response time varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on the volume of e-mails. Rest assured we have a dedicated customer service staff that carefully reviews each and every request.
